The final stage of the transformation began on January 27 at 101 Francuska Street in Katowice. The two buildings, which for years were part of a local office complex, are now being demolished.
The transformation of the site does not end with demolition. According to the development plan, the site will be adapted for a retail facility of a renowned chain.
The development area will include the site of the former office buildings along with adjacent land, so it will enable effective planning of transportation infrastructure for the new facility.
