Wronia 31 has received the BREEAM eco certificate with the Outstanding rating for the Post Construction stage. It is the second time in history and the first in five years that an office building in Poland has got such a high rating.
Wronia 31 is the Ghelamco’s tenth BREEAM-certified building. It is also the second commissioned office building in the certificate’s history in Poland to receive such a high score and the Outstanding rating for the Post Construction stage.
Wronia 31 is an office building with area of 16 000 sq. m., commissioned in the August 2017. Beside the excellent communication via public transport it offer a vast range of amenities, such as: kindergarten, showers and changing rooms for cyclists, cafes and restaurants.
