Echo Investment development company has just launched an office investment called Park Rozwoju. Modern office complex will be erected at Konstruktorska street in Warsaw. The project consists of two office buildings totalling almost 32 000 sqm of office space for rent. In addition future tenants of the office complex will have access to 740 underground and surface parking spaces.
Project of the investment was prepared by JEMS Architects.
Park Rozwoju is an environmentally friendly investment what confirms BREEAM certification at "very good" level, awarded to the complex already at the design stage.
Implementation of the investment has been divided into phases: the first phase will be completed in the first quarter of 2014. Completion of the second phase is scheduled for the second quarter and 2015.
