Echo Investment announced beginning of the construction of the first phase of the A4 Business Park office complex, which will be located on Francuska Street. A4 Business Park complex will consist of three office buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 33 000 square meters. First building implemented within the complex will offer more than 9 000 square meters of modern office space for rent, spread over seven floors above ground. Future tenants will be provided with 153 parking spaces. The office building is currently in BREEAM certification process. Completion of the first phase of the A4 Business Park is scheduled for the first quarter of 2014.
