A modern A-class office building Dor Plaza (formerly Wiśniowy Plaza) is being constructed in Warsaw's Włochy district, at the intersection of Iłżecka, Żwirki i Wigury and 1 Sierpnia streets. The building will have 7 ground and 3 underground storeys.
Dor Plaza will offer approximately 15,000 sq m. for rent, of which 13,000 sq m. will be the office space. Tenants will have at their disposal an underground car park, an electric vehicle charging station, as well as an extensive infrastructure for cyclists.
The office building will have the shape of an irregular polygon of the letter Z. The energy-saving and environmentally friendly solutions, as well as the preservation of old trees at the south facade of the building, undoubtedly contributed to obtaining the green BREEAM certificate at a very good level.
The estimated completion date of the office building is the first half of 2022.
