The area of the former Ursus Tractor Factory will now become occupied by a modern business complex, Diamond Business Park Ursus. The complex will offer approx. 50 000 sq m of office-storage space to let.
The first part of the AIG/ Lincoln Polska investment will be completed in October 2013. The first phase of the complex will deliver 2,600 sq m of office and 11,000 sq m of warehouse space to let.
The location of the complex, added to the existing industrial infrastructure of the area, will make Diamond Business Park Ursus one of the best places in Warsaw for production and logistics companies.
