Special economic zone in Cracow is an area of dynamically developing business and technology environment. The construction of Avia office building, which has been going through the expansion process, will be the highest building in this location. GD&K Group and CA Immo’s investment includes enlargement of the usable office space for lease by adding the new level which will offer additional 2,500 sq m. The building will provide also over 300 parking places.
Construction works started in the first quarter of 2016, and as the schedule assumes, future tenants will be able to move by the end of 2016.
