Portugal group Porto Office has entrusted Erbud with general contractorship of Porto Office A, second stage of their office/retail project at Gen. Bohdana Zielińskiego Street in Cracow.
The office building will provide Cracow office market with over 7 100 sq m of lettable area. Besides underground parking, there are also planned works on technical infrastructure such as pavement reconstruction, construction of car park entrance, bicycle path and traffic lights.
Both buildings, which the project consists of, have been designed by local architectonic studio IMB Asymetria. The completion of construction works is expected for end of December 2018.
