The construction of the Vena office building by a state-owned company has begun at Prymasa Tysiąclecia Street. This office building will bring over 15 thousand sq.m. state-of-the-art and eco-friendly office space. The construction is to be completed in the first quarter of the year 2026 and the cost of the investment is approx. PLN 200 million.
The construction is to have 12 above-ground and 2 underground storeys, intended for car and bicycle parking, as well as changing rooms and showers for cyclists. On several floors there will be green terraces for new tenants.
