In less than two years the construction of Orange office complex will be completed. The office buildings, which will be situated at Jerozolimskie Avenue will will house the headquarters of TP Group.
The complex will consist of five 6-storey interconnected office buildings offering approximately 43 700 sqm of usable space for lease in total.
The employees and clients of TP Group will also benefit from underground parking for more then1 000 vehicles. On the 1st of December the opening of a demonstration building - the so-called "Mock-up" took place. The Orange Office Complex will be one of the most modern and environmentally friendly office complex in Warsaw.
Due to the ecological solutions implemented in the project the Complex has been awarded “green” BREEAM certification at the Very Good level. The project is scheduled for July 2013.
