Feniks office building, which is an investment of Europlan company will be completed in December this year. Feniks is a modern office building located at Żelazna street in Warsaw's Wola district and offers for rent more than 8 600 square meters of Class A office space spread over seven floors. In addition, ground-floor of the office building will be dedicated to commercial premises. The architectural design has been made by Archico Project studio, while the general contractor is Modzelewski & Rodek company.
