The owner of Intraco - Polski Holding Nieruchomości has some serious plans regarding the plot of land where the office building is located. First of all, on the parking lot in front of skyscraper an six / eight-storey building will be erected. The office building will offer approx. 8 800 sqm of office space and 1 400 sqm of retail space for lease. The construction is scheduled for the end of this year. In addition, PHN announced that the next stage of revolutionary changes may be even the demolition of the existing skyscraper and construction of high-rise building with a total leasable area of approx. 27 800 sqm.
