Chmielna Tower – project of Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, which will arise at the corner of Chmielna and Miedziana Streets will most likely not be as high as intended, due to the master plan for this area.
The office building height must correspond to objects located in the vicinity, such as the Warta Tower (82 meters height, 22 floors). According to the initial project Chmielna Tower skyscraper was meant to be 280 meters high.
