The Warsaw developer decided to sell part of the complex Browar Lubicz in Cracow. The new buyer was a French company, which decided to buy only the office part of the complex with an area of about 7,500 sqm. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
Browar Lubicz is a complex of buildings consisting of office space, apartments and restaurants. It is located only a few hundred meters from Krakow's Main Square. Browar Lubicz is a combination of modern architecture with historical buildings, which makes the complex incredibly unique.
