The first A-class office building in Bielsko-Biała has been awarded the green BREEAM certificate. Cavatina Hall is a newly built project with a total area of over 11,000 sq m. The building offers approximately 9,000 sq m. of modern office space for rent and an amazing concert hall for 1000 people, which is planned to be launched at the turn of the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2021.
The 6-storey Cavatina Hall building is located at the corner of Sempołowska and Dworkowa streets, in the heart of Bielsko-Biała. The good location of the facility provides direct access to public transport and the nearby train station.
