The Łódź Brama Miasta office complex being constructed at 66 Kilińskiego Street has received the title of "Pearl of Łódź". The victory of the Brama Miasta was determined by a large number of votes cast during the plebiscite. The innovative concept of the office building, convenient location and a high standard of investment fit-out have definitely won the hearts of Łódź residents.
Brama Miasta will provide over 35,000 sq m of usable space in three office buildings. The complex will be considered as a green building and will have a gold LEED certificate.
