Krakow's Brain Park office complex, located in the center of Krakow, has achieved BREEAM certification at the Excellent level with a score of 78.9%.
Brain Park stands out with two prestigious certifications: WELL Health-Safety, based on scientific evidence and confirming the exceptional quality and safety of the office space, and WiredScore Platinum, guaranteeing the highest level of digital and technological infrastructure.
The complex offers 43,000 sqm of office space and about 10,000 sqm of green zones. It provides zones for relaxation and efficient
access to public transportation.
