Building B10 of Wrocław's Business Garden office complex has been honoured with LEED v4 certification at the Platinum level, making it the third building in Poland to receive this prestigious award. With a score of 89 points, B10 is now the highest rated LEED v4 building in the country.
Located on Bolkowska Street in Wrocław, this six-storey office building offers over 14 000 sqm of office space, providing a modern and functional working environment. The ground floor of the building serves as a reception area and provides meeting and working space. In addition, B10 has a two-storey garage with a capacity of 340 parking spaces and facilities for cyclists.
