The Polish company Avestus Real Estate is going to build the office complex Imagine at the corner of Piłsudkiego and Śmigłego-Rydza Street in Łódź. Łódź is the third city in Poland, after Kraków and Warsaw, which will be invested in by the company. Work on the complex will start in the third quarter of the year, whereas commissioning is to take place in December 2018.
Imagine will rise on a 1.5 hectare plot, bought from the city in auction. It will consist of two 6-floor buildings, offering altogether 14 500 sq m of office space and 2 300 sq m of retail space. The tenants will also be able to make use of 356 parking spots for cars and 100 for bicycles.
The key advantage of the project is its location. The office block will rise at the intersection of two main roads, vital for the city. The well-developed public transport network will create optimal commuting conditions for people from all parts of the city.
