Atrium One office building, which is an investment of Skanska development company was awarded LEED precertification at the highest platinum level, due to the implementation of innovative green solutions, which will allow for reduction of energy consumption by about 50% in comparison to other office buildings. Atrium One will be a 15-storey office building offering approximately 16 500 sqm of modern office space for lease. In addition, future tenants of the building will have access to 149 parking spaces located on the 4-level underground car park. Completion of the green investment is scheduled for the end of 2013.
