The office building Astrum Business Park , under construction since 2013, has just obtained the legal occupancy permit.
The business park offers approx. 30,000 sq m of modern office space certified with BREEAM. Additionally the investor provides about 812 underground and overground parking places. The six-storey main construction on Łopuszańska Street hides three lower segments in its backyard. The project is focused on the functionality and comfort of the future users while creating modern, lightweight design.
