Just in a few weeks Astris, a class A office block situated in the very centre of Kraków, will be commissioned. The finishing works are currently being carried out. Work on managing the area around the building has also begun. Company Astris is the developer, while RE-Bau is the general contractor.
The building will consist of 11 storeys, which will amount to 13 000 sq m of space. It will provide 160 parking spots for cars and over 70 for bicycles. The investment will be certificated in the LEED system, aiming at the level "Gold".
