Mermaid Properties - the owner of Jasna 26 historic building announced its revitalization and adaptation to the office standards.
Jasna 26 is a six-storey building that will provide over 4 200 sqm of modern office space for lease.
In March the project will be put out to tender in order to select the general contractor.
