Oławska Gate has gained another floor, the 6th one. Works are in progress at 35 Oławska Street in Wrocław on the site of a demolished old building belonging to the same developer. The investment is being constructed in a way to combine elements of a modern design together with the tradition of the previous building, as well as to refer to the surrounding architecture.
The office building will consist of 7 aboveground and 3 underground floors and offer 140 parking spaces for its tenants and guests. The total leasable area will be around 12, 000 sqm. The developer ensures that the object is being constructed in a way that meets the requirements of BREEAM certification on an "Excellent" level.
The office building will be commissioned in Q1 2022.
