Adgar Plaza ONE has got LEED green Gold certification for the second time. The modern A-class office building located in Warsaw's Mokotów district is the first building in Poland that obtained LEED certification at the GOLD level in 2015 and over again met all the criteria and received the LEED certificate in the category of existing buildings.
This time, during the recertification process, the building achieved a higher result than before. The key criteria for assessing the building were water and energy efficiency, the use of chemicals and ways of its minimization as well as the reduction of generated waste.
Green buildings undoubtedly contribute to environmental protection. All facilities managed in accordance with the requirements of the LEED certificate minimize the negative impact on the environment and reduce the costs of maintaining the building and using its resources.
