The first wooden office building with the environment in mind will be built in Warsaw at Poleczki Street. The building already has a building permit.
Instead of reinforced concrete, wood and photovoltaics will be used. In order to reduce energy consumption and reduce the carbon footprint, effective water-saving installations and lighting will be installed in the building.
The building will have 3 floors and 9,000 sqm of office space.
