The new Warsaw’s skyscraper Wola Tower will be built in the heart of Wola district, on the corner of Kotlarska and Grzybowska Streets. The office building will be located near the second metro line station Rondo Daszyńskiego, on the area of the old milk plant.
The 200-meter high building will consist of 45 ground and 4 underground levels. Wola Tower will provide about 70,000 sq m of modern space, the 40,000 sqm of which will be dedicated to offices.
The Wola Tower will also offer a beautiful 4-star hotel with 100 rooms, an underground car park for 500 cars, a modern conference center, excellent restaurants, shops and an observation deck.
