In Chełm, at Lwowska Street, on the site of the former bus station, construction works are underway on a new bus station and the Fabryka PKS office building.
It is estimated that the entire complex will have approximately 7,000 sqm of service and office space. The office part will offer modern class A space and an underground parking.
