The construction of a mixed-use complex is finalising the revitalisation of the district bounded by Jasna, Ewangelicka and Jana Karskiego Streets in Lublin. The Projekt will comprise a number of buildings of different heights, which together will serve office, service, retail and residential functions.
A new mixed-use project will be built in Lublin, located on Jasna, Ewangelicka and Jana Karskiego streets. In the middle of the complex, on the roof of one of the buildings, there will be a green garden offering panoramic views of the Old Town. In addition, a three-storey underground parking area is planned, as well as the modernisation of a four-storey building from the 1930s.
The entire space of the complex will be approximately 17,800 sq m, while construction work is expected to last from 2025 to 2027.
