An A-class office building with a leasable area of over 11,000 sq m will be built at 2 Kielecka Street in Gdynia. Construction works will start at the beginning of this year, while the completion of the investment is planned for mid-2022.
The elevation of the six-storey building will refer to sailing and naval architecture. A modern reception area as well as a stylish cooperation and meeting zone will be developed on the ground floor. The K2 office building will offer its tenants about 140 parking spaces in the two-level underground car park.
Thanks to modern technical solutions and ecological materials, the K2 office building meets the LEED certification criteria. This will allow for efficient building management in terms of water and electricity saving as well as air exchange.
It is worth noting that the modern K2 office building will provide its tenants not only with A-class space, but also a convenient location near the bus terminus and a fast city rail.
