Polish company Capital High has presented in Cannes a spectacular project of two towers. The company whose capital is about 50 000 złotych owns 10 hectares of premises at Skotnicka Street, 9 kilometers away from the centre of Cracow. Capital High intends to construct a huge complex consisting of two 300 meters high towers and smaller side buildings. The complex would provide office, retail and residential space.
Developer didn’t get the construction permit because the land-use plan doesn’t allow for construction of such huge buildings in this area, so the project seems to be quite unrealistic.
