The Mint of Poland is planning two commercial investments on the sites located in Wola and Żerań districts. The first investment at Pereca Street will include the development of an office complex with a total rentable area of approximately 75 000 sqm. The second one located on the site of former FSO factory will be used for residential, office and retail purposes. The Mint of Poland is hoping to start the construction next year. Currently the negotiations concerning the selection of an co-investor are underway.
