A foundation stone has been embedded under the Łódź.Work office complex. The buildings will arise due to the revitalization of a once production hall of a graphic institution.
The investment situated near Dowborczyków 18 Street will offer around 5.000 sqm of space divided between four storeys. It is planned to supply both regular and coworking spaces. A parking for 75 cars will also be included.
The renovation of the building is planned to take up to 10 months and the opening is to be in the middle of 2019.
