PHN (Polski Holding Nieruchomości) received a building permit for a 155m skyscraper at Świętokrzyska 36 Street.
The investment will offer approximately 38,000 sqm of office space divided between two buildings - the first, planned to be 9 storeys high with 11,000 sqm of office space and the second with 40 storeys made up of 27,000 sqm of office space.
The construction works are to begin in the first months of 2019 and end with the lower building in 2022 and the higher in 2024.
