Construction work of a new office building in Warsaw, Metropoint Office, has started. The building will deliver more than 8,000 sq m of office space on 10 storeys and about 600 sq m of retail space at ground floor. All the office space is intended for sale.
The commission of Metropoint Office is planned on the H2 2019.
