Starting January 2015 an international consulting company JLL has been providing complex management services for Karolkowa Busienss Park.

Karolkowa Busienss Park is a modern office building operating since the begining of 2015. It offers approx. 15,000 sq m of rentable office space. The building stands out thanks to the impressive green outdoor space and unique roof gardens and patios.
