Skanska, the developer of Atrium 2, has marked the official start of construction works by laying the foundation stone for the office building.
Atrium 2 will be a 15-storey high office building located in Wola district in Warsaw. It will offer approx. 20,000 sq m of office space for lease. The building has obtained a LEED pre-certificate, level platinum.
Atrium 2 is planned to be completed in Q1 2016.
