The largest commercial project in Poland will be built on the last vacant plot at Towarowa Street. The complex will be oriented towards public space and parks open to residents.
Towarowa 22 will provide up to 240,000 sqm. space in the form of offices, flats and shops. A theatre, city square and gastronomic premises will also be built on its premises. The offices will occupy around 30,000 sqm.
A special emphasis will be made on ecological solutions. The project is to enrich the city with green areas through extensive roof gardens. The central part of the complex will be the reconstructed Kazimierz Wielki Square.
