The owner of one of the largest investments in Warsaw - Towarowa 22, revealed the final concept of the project. A large mixed-use complex with a total usable area of over 200,000 sqm will be built on a total area of 6.5 ha. The division of its usable area is also known: 50% will be occupied by office space, 25% by apartments, and the last 25% will be occupied by retail space.
The Towarowa 22 project will be implemented in several phases spread over several years. The first works on the project have already started, and construction works will begin at the end of March. First, an office and retail building with an area of 30,000 sqm will be built, located at Panska Street. In addition, the owner informs that in 2023 the construction of a residential building belonging to the complex will also start.
