Fern Office is being built in the intersection of old Remisch’s factory in Łódź. The investment will provide office and commercial space approx. 7,500 sqm.
The building was designed in terms of sustainable construction, which will have an influence on low maintenance costs. Renewable energy solutions are one of the most important categories in LEED and BREEM certification.
The terrace at the top of the office building will include relaxing space with sunbeds, summer cinema, and gastronomic premises.
