The stakeholders of the project Roma Tower have reached an agreement regarding a package of changes. Among other things, the timelines for the completion of various stages of the project have been updated. The new arrangements for Roma Tower represent a significant step forward in its development process. It is expected that the implemented changes will have a positive impact on the building's modernity and functionality.
Roma Tower is one of the most highly anticipated and largest upcoming office-hotel projects in Warsaw. The investment is located in the heart of the city, at the intersection of Emilii Plater and Nowogrodzka streets. Roma Tower is projected to reach a height of 170 meters and offer an impressive 62,300 square meters of leasable space. The project also includes 245 parking spaces for its users.
