The Wrocław-based British Polish Chamber of Commerce (BPCC) and JLL warmly invite you to participate in a conference which will analyze the directions of development in the business areas of Wrocław. It will be held in the Radisson BLU hotel on the 23rd of April 2015. JLL is one of the conference's sponsors while officefinder.pl will provide media patronage for the event.
During their speeches, experts from JLL ,the international advisory firm, will talk about trends on the office real estate market as well as operational costs of schemes and their relation to both ecological and pro-ecological certificates. Furthermore, representatives of the British Polish Chamber of Commerce, Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency, Knight Frank, Vantage Development, Nowy Styl Group, Schamper's Law Firm, Dubis, Zając & Co. Ltd. will be among the event's key speakers. Among the discussed topics will be: the directions of development in the Wrocław Agglomeration and practical tax issues related to the development and sale of both commercial and residential investments. The conference will end with a discussion panel followed by a lunch in the hotel restaurant.
The Real Estate Forum in the Wrocław Agglomeration will commence on the 23rd April in Radisson BLU hotel (Sala Akademia, Purkyniego 9 Street, Wrocław) at 9:00 am.
