The international giant has begun relocating to its new Krakow headquarters – Shell Energy Campus, located on Czerwone Maki Street. In the first phase of relocation, 400 employees responsible for the company’s global HR operations are to move to the modern office complex. Ultimately, 2,300 people will work in the Shell Energy Campus.
The Shell Business Operations team will be working in the new office, which has been built to a very high standard. The location is well-served by public transport as well as a cycle path. It was important for Shell that the buildings were “green”, people-friendly, and designed with the newest trends in sustainable construction in mind.
The lease agreement, signed between Shell Polska and BUMA Group is, in terms of volume, the biggest ever for Krakow's office market. JLL advised Shell on finding the most suitable location and during negotiations.
