The financial group Power Holding has been occupying the premises of Krakow's K1 since November. The company, specializing in real estate brokerage, financing, and insurance services, has taken up nearly 235 square meters of space in one of the tallest buildings in Krakow. JLL mediated the transaction, representing the building owner.

Its portfolio includes brands such as Power Invest, Power Finances, Power Insurance, and Power Leasing. Thanks to the cooperation between the group's entities, the company can effectively deliver the best solutions to its clients.

The K1 building is the second tallest office building in Krakow. It offers about 13,000 square meters of leasable space, spread over 20 above-ground and 2 underground floors. Future tenants have 107 parking spaces at their disposal, both in the underground garage and outside the building. Additionally, there is a self-service restaurant in the office building. The standard includes amenities such as air conditioning, suspended ceilings, carpets, and dual power supply.
