Quantum Oławska will be a 6-storey office building with approximately 5 850 sqm of leasable area, including 3 173 of rentable office space. The object is located in the very city center, in close proximity to the Old Town Square.
The building is currently under construction. The date of completion is scheduled for third quarter of 2012.
