The Jerozolimskie Avenue 195 Office and Service Center project, with a total floor area of 29,000 sqm, is currently seeking a building permit.
The complex will consist of three separate buildings. It is planned that a courtyard will be built in the center of the complex, with restaurants, cafes and commercial establishments. The buildings will protect the courtyard from city noise, which will contribute to the intimate atmosphere of the complex.
