A Polish bank plans to sell an office building at 53/57 Grzybowska Street in Warsaw. Offers from investors will be accepted from the second quarter of 2025.
The property occupies land with an area of 2,488 sqm, to which it has a perpetual usufruct right. The building reaches a height of 85 meters, while its total area is nearly 20,000 square meters.
The skyscraper has 20 floors above ground and two underground, providing space for technical infrastructure, a treasury, archive rooms and parking for 42 cars. The first floor includes a lobby with a reception desk, rooms left over from a former bank branch, and office space, combining open space layouts and offices.
The building has an energy performance certificate valid until February 28, 2032.
