Swedish developer the Swede Center company has just started the construction of green business complex, which will consist of seven buildings totalling approximately 90 000 sqm of rentable area.
The project will be implemented in accordance with the standards of LEED certification system. In the first phase will arise two buildings with 32 000 sqm of usable space including offices, retail, service, conference center and hotel.
The complex will also provide its future tenants with about 1 500 underground parking spaces. The first two buildings will be completed in the third quarter of 2012. The whole complex is scheduled for 2015. The general contractor of the investment is Hochtief Poland.
