A new office and retail space will be built on former military grounds in the northern part of Toruń. In the 1970s, the area where the office building would stand was used as a military training ground.
The project will be built on Toruń's left bank at 13 Szubińska Street. The building will have two storeys and provide over 1,300 sq m of usable space. The advantages of the office building will be its proximity to the main road, ecological solutions and technologies and ample parking with for 45 cars.
The investor has already received a building permit and construction work is expected to start later this August and finish in 2024.
