On June 29, 2020, the cornerstone was officially laid under the first building of the Airport City Gdańsk office complex – Alpha building. The office complex will consist of 7 premises located right next to the airport, and their names refer to the maritime alphabet: Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Foxtrot, Golf.
The investment of the first Alpha building will be ready in 2021. Alpha will offer its tenants and guests 8,500 sqm. on 6 floors and about 200 underground parking spaces.
The Alpha building will combine modern office space with the commercial one, as well as with the rest and sport zones. The energy-efficient character of the investment will be proved by the Leed Gold Certificate.
